Our services
Stepping across our doorway you will walk on an ancient stone floor that will lead you to the wooden stairs, renewed but dating back to the 1600s . Climbing up to the first and second floor you will be greeted by a design filled with historic pieces, such as: ancient paintings and carpets, an antique sewing machine and photographic equipment. All of this is combined with heartfelt services that in their simplicity will, we hope, convey to you the enthusiasm we put in hosting you.

Sanification
You will find at the main gate and at the kitchen entrance a hand sanitizer which you are kindly requested to use.
We also ask you to maintain a distance of at least 1 meter with the other guests.
Cleaning
The cleaning of the rooms takes place daily and fully complies the current national regulations.
Breakfast
During this difficult time you can choose to have your breakfast served in the coziness of your room. But if you would rather eat it in the kitchen you can choose a time frame in which the kitchen will be at your disposal.

Single bed
A single bed can be added in the rooms with a double bed. The cost for the extra bed is of 15 euro per night.

No-smoking
To protect your health and other’s you are asked to refrain from smoking inside of Domus iulii. The B&B is entirely no-smoking.
Animals
Dogs are welcome. You are kindly requested to advise us of the presence of your 4 legged friend as you could be asked for a 10 Euro surcharge for night and for room.

If you need to use our printer/fax machine, you are welcome to do so for free. Just ask the staff.
Car Rental
Do you need to go somewhere but you don’t know how to get there? Ask us for help and we will have our trusted driver Fabio take you to your destination.

Parking
A free parking lot is located at 500m from our building, in Piazza della Resistenza. There is also a pay parking right next to the B&B at the cost of 0,90 euro/hour or 4 euro/day (Saturday and Sunday included). If you have any questions regarding parking please ask us.
Wi-Fi
Domus iulii provides free Wi-Fi in the whole building. You can find the password in the booklet inside your room.
Bathroom set
Domus iulii provides a bathroom set made of hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and bar soap.
Towels
We provide a set of 3 towels for each guest.
Museum Tickets
To facilitate your stay, Domus iulii will buy your museum tickets in advance and have them delivered at the check-in for free.
